27Feb – 3 March – 117877: PERFORM ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING ON THE JOB

Good day all. Another great course arranged and booked by our great team. One-to- One Training on the job which was a four days course ( 27-02- 217 / 02-03- 2017). The learning was offered interactively, with a substantial number of exercises on coaching. Learners were forced to use their imagination to the best of their capabilities, they ppracticed various aspects of coaching as we worked through the content to ensure that the theoretical content covered can be applied in practice.

The learners found the course contents informative, and they paid good attention. They also asked constructive questions and group activities seemed to work well to include all the learners and to encourage interaction.

All the candidates clearly understood what coachingg is and what is required from the learner as well as the coach to make the process or relationship work. Most of them could relate the content covered to previous knowledge and experience.
