Learner feedback: There was a sense of anticipating and nervousness from learners  on this course as some of the learners attending were required and expected to start facilitating in context of their job description right after completion of the course. This made it exciting as it was not just merely done to acquire a skill but also to be applied immediately after. The learners were impressed with the course content but also the practical techniques in terms using different methodologies to facilitate learning.

Course feedback: Facilitate learning using a variety of methodologies is a great course for change in terms of trying to get to the bottom of lack of performance in a workplace. This course not only looks at ways to change the way you deliver training or learning but it focuses on the root of it all, your learner, your employees, they are at the center of it all. You as the trainer get to identify that different learners have different learning needs(how they receive and respond to information) and should then be accommodated accordingly to achieve the desired results. So the actual problem could not necessarily be that they are not grasping the information but that the way it’s delivered is not customized to accommodate their diversity in learning in order to perform effectively and desirably.
